During the maintenance windows, we may perform system hardware and software upgrades. If there is any anticipated customer downtime, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. These maintenance windows may not be used each and every week. Updates will still be available on our status page. Emergency repairs will continue to be managed immediately by our 24/7 technical staff.
